These Terms of Service govern your use of HireAiGO ("the Service"). By completing checkout or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't sign up. Plain English throughout — if something is unclear, email security@hireaigo.com.
When you sign up, you pay a $97 deposit to start your 7-day proof period. Here's exactly how that works:
Plain version: $97 gets you in. Your monthly rate starts on day 8 — but only once she's delivered a result. If day 8 arrives and she hasn't, she keeps working until she does (up to 30 days total), then billing starts. If she hasn't delivered within 30 days, we refund the $97 and part ways. Complete your onboarding call and the $97 stays with us regardless — the work is already underway. Cancel before the call and we'll refund the $97.
After the 7-day proof period, your plan renews automatically every 30 days at the rate you selected:
Your first monthly charge processes on day 8, or when a result has been produced if that occurs after day 8 (see “The $97 Proof Period” above). The $97 deposit is applied as a credit toward that first charge. Billing is month-to-month. No annual contracts. No lock-in.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. Payments are charged automatically on your billing date.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect again over the next 7 days. If payment is not resolved within 14 days of the failure, your account will be suspended.
Cancel any time by emailing security@hireaigo.com with the subject line "Cancel My Account." We process cancellations within 1 business day.
There are no cancellation fees and no penalty for leaving. We would rather earn your business every month than lock you into a contract.
HireAiGO sends SMS messages and emails on your behalf to the contacts in your customer list. You are the sender of record. This means:
Important: Do not upload contacts who have not consented to receive SMS or email marketing from your business. Sending unsolicited messages can expose you to significant legal liability under TCPA (up to $1,500 per message). We cannot indemnify you for misuse of your own contact list.
HireAiGO complies with all applicable federal and state communications laws in the operation of the platform. We maintain TCPA-compliant suppression lists and honor opt-outs on your behalf.
HireAiGO uses artificial intelligence (powered by our AI model providers) to generate outreach messages, follow-up sequences, and responses on your behalf. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
You may request to review outreach content before it sends during the onboarding phase. After your agent goes live, sequences operate automatically. Contact us at security@hireaigo.com to pause campaigns at any time.
We guarantee at least one result — defined as a booked appointment confirmed through the agent, or a member who had indicated cancellation retained — within the proof period, provided that:
If these conditions are met and no result is produced within 7 days, your monthly billing is held. Your agent continues working at no additional charge for up to 30 days from the proof period start date. If no result is produced within that 30-day window, either party may terminate with no further obligation, and the $97 deposit is refunded in full.
If you cancel your account before a result is delivered, the guarantee is void. The $97 deposit is non-refundable after your onboarding call is completed (see “The $97 Proof Period” above).
The guarantee applies to the proof period only and does not extend to ongoing monthly performance.
You agree not to use HireAiGO to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
HireAiGO is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the platform's fitness for a particular purpose or guarantee of specific revenue outcomes.
In no event shall HireAiGO's total liability to you exceed the total amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted under Florida law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of HireAiGO will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at security@hireaigo.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes to these Terms take effect. Non-material changes (grammar, formatting, clarification) may be made without notice.
Continued use of HireAiGO after changes go live constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We will not raise prices on existing accounts without 30 days written notice. Founding member pricing is locked for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
