Section 1 — Peptide & Hormone Services
If you don't offer peptides or HRT, skip this section entirely.
1. What specific peptides or treatments are you offering?
List each by name — BPC-157, TB-500, Sermorelin, Ipamorelin, semaglutide, tirzepatide, testosterone, etc.
2. Which of these require a prescription, and who is the prescribing provider?
In-house MD/NP, partnered telehealth, etc.
3. Are you operating under a medical director or MSO/PC structure, or is this a referral relationship?
4. What's the intake process? Bloodwork required? Where does that happen?
5. What conditions or goals are these treatments intended for?
Weight loss, recovery, hormone optimization, sleep, longevity, etc.
6. What does each treatment cost, and is it a one-time, monthly, or protocol-based fee?
7. Are there package options, memberships, or bundles?
8. What's the typical timeline to see results for each?
9. What are the known side effects, and how do you handle adverse reactions?
10. Who is NOT a candidate?
Age limits, pregnancy, certain conditions, current medications
11. Do you accept insurance or HSA/FSA?
12. How does someone get started — first step, first appointment, what to expect?
13. Are consultations free or paid?
14. What's your refund / cancellation policy on peptide protocols?
15. Anything you legally do NOT want your AI employee to say or claim on your behalf?
Section 2 — Recovery Services
If you don't offer recovery modalities, skip this section entirely.
1. List every recovery modality you offer.
Cold plunge, sauna, infrared sauna, hyperbaric, red light, compression boots, contrast therapy, cryotherapy, massage, etc.
2. For each: price per session, package pricing, and member vs non-member rates.
3. Is recovery included in any membership tier, or always a la carte?
4. Session length and what a typical protocol looks like for each modality.
5. Booking requirements — walk-in, appointment-only, app-based?
6. Hours of availability for each (some modalities may have limited windows).
7. Are there contraindications for each?
Pregnancy, heart conditions, recent surgery, claustrophobia for hyperbaric, etc.
8. What should a client wear or bring?
9. Is there an onboarding / orientation required before first use?
10. Group or solo? Can they bring a friend or spouse?
11. Combo protocols — do you recommend stacking modalities (sauna then plunge, etc.)?
12. Are any of these staff-supervised or fully self-service?
13. What's your cancellation / no-show policy?
14. Any safety waivers required before first session?
Section 3 — General
A few more that apply across both categories.
1. Where on the property are these services located?
Same building, separate suite, offsite partner, etc.
2. Are these available to non-members, or members only?
3. Who's the point of contact if a question is outside what your AI employee should answer?
Name, role, best contact method
4. What's the ONE thing you wish every customer understood before asking about these services?
This usually surfaces the misconception you're tired of correcting — which becomes a perfect response for your AI employee.
